We are the owners of Vagenas Village Holiday Resort, on the beautiful island of Evia. a newly built holiday village of 70 houses with a capacity of 200+ people in N. Stira, Evia, specifically in the location of Deliso.
Vagenas Village Holiday Resort is built on a private area of 38,000 sq m and has constructed 38 buildings with a total area of 4,560 sq m, which are divided into 2 separate units for the purpose of rental, sale or purely tourist exploitation. In the 38 buildings, 2 types of residences have been constructed, which serve a wide range of tenants' or buyers' requirements and are in the final stage of completion and several are fully completed and immediately available.
The following residences are available to rent .
22 properties of 30sqm which are single-room with a new kitchen-living room, bathroom and veranda ideal for 1-2 people even with a child.

This two floor villa has just been built, 2017, with sunrise and sunset view. With private dock for swimming and a place where a yacht can moor.
You can go to a beach for swimming or walking through a footpath. It has a private dock and 150 meters of private sea, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach called KOLITSANI.
It has privacy and nudism is allowed, both to the house and to the beach. 8 people can sleep and more if necessary.
It's situated in the most quiet area ( it is the residential area of Ios) not far from the village, only 7-10 minutes by foot. The best time to visit is from May to mid October. Large terraces with fantastic sea view are all around this beautiful villa where you can enjoy a fresco outdoors dining or relax and gaze at the big blue or step down the stone staircase that takes you directly into the beautiful Aegean sea, by far one of the best features of the house. One of the most notable features is the large outside lounging area, with its pergola - shaded dining area. There are three dinning places one inside the villa and two outside depending on the wind. Perfect for lazy days.

Standing on its 4000 m2 of olive groves, with 12 x 3,5 m private pool, the villa is located at an idyllic countryside spot of Nea Kydonia, from where it’s just 10 min drive to Chania town, and 800 m to Kalamaki’ sea, with many sandy beaches nearby.
Accessible features : Ramp entrance to main floor. Wide entrance doors, all doors at least 75 cm wide, most wider. Bedrooms with room to manoeuvre. Twin beds can be made 45 cm high.
A cargo lift (80cm X 110cm) gives access to all floors, but it's permitted to be used only to facilitate guests with mobility problems at theirs or their guardians' responsibility.
There are two accessible bathrooms at the main floor and ground floor, 45cm high toilette, accessible sink, gripping bar, adjustable shower-height. The bathroom is accessed by a ramp; its bath-lid is 53cm high and it has a portable bath seat. All entrances are level but the one to the upper deck.
What previous guests have loved most was the feeling of spaciousness, the communication and free lines of vision that the light wells allowed, the opportunity to enjoy being outdoors at the patio, the dinning terrace and the pool, the décor’s equilibrium of earthly colours and materials with aluminium and modern fitting. Although only 5 km away from Chania Town it offers an away from it all peace, within walking distance from Kalamaki small harbor and its fishing boats and small beach. From there, one can walk east to Kalamaki resort which boasts a number of sheltered sandy beaches, mini markets, as well as seafront tavernas along the gently shelving beach. Stalos is 2 km west with its long sandy beach and numerous tourists’ shops and eating-places.
You can use the villa as a base to explore ancient, rural and modern Crete, or simply to relax by the pool and allow the place’s magic, restore your energy.
But then it’s only 10 min drive to Chania Old Venatian Town, (a town that stays alive even in winter), where you can enjoy a rich night life, good food, shops and market places.

The villa has its own unique atmosphere and has played a leading role in the history and culture of the village. The first villa includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
